Using software from showmypc.com, I can control your machine temporarily to help you with any problems you may have relating to your website or email services.

First: download the software

Second: run the program you downloaded above

Third: click the button that says "show my pc to remote users"

Fourth: give me the access code that appears by the message: "password for remote users"

I will then connect to your machine and we will take it from there.

Optional Step 1: Download and install Hamachi I will step you through it

Step 2: right click on this link and choose "Save target as..." or "Save link as...". When you get a dialog asking for the save location, choose your Desktop, and click the "Save" button


Step 3: Once it is downloaded, find it on your desktop, it will look something like this:




Step 4: Double click on that icon and you will see this window:



Step 5: I will tell you what to type in, then click "Connect"

Once we connect, I will be able to control your computer and take care of the problem. I hope! I may tell you to download and install some software from this list:
